Haley graduated from Lipscomb University where she earned a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has a background working with clients of all ages in individual, couple, and family therapy settings. Haley also has experience working in a higher level of care treatment facility, serving clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
Haley is passionate about working with individual adult clients navigating grief and loss and other difficult life transitions, as well as those presenting with trauma-related symptoms, including complex trauma, PTSD, and dissociative disorders. She aims to equip her clients with the skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotional experiences, navigate relationship struggles, and heal their trauma from the root.
Haley also supports couples navigating conflict in their relationship, communication difficulties, feelings of disconnection, and a lack of emotional and physical intimacy. She has experience supporting couples recovering from infidelity and other forms of betrayal trauma. Haley is passionate about supporting clients of all backgrounds, and provides a secure space for LGBTQIA+ couples and those exploring alternative relationship structures.
Haley is fully trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR and leverages other trauma-informed and attachment-based practices such as IFS/parts work, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. She values a person-centered and collaborative approach to counseling and believes in tailoring her therapeutic methods to align with each client’s unique needs. Haley provides LGBTQ+ affirming care and strives to create a safe space for her clients, welcoming all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and spiritualities.
