Parent Loss Group

Whether the loss of your parent is recent or many years in the past, you are welcome in this space. Grief is a lifelong process, and finding a space where your grief is accepted, embraced, and truly understood can feel impossible. This group welcomes adults aged 22-35 who have experienced the loss of a parental figure at any point in life, and offers an opportunity to find community in grief and process alongside others who can relate to the complexities of such a loss. Led by Haley Kisner, TLMFT.

Neurodivergent Professional Women’s Group

Navigating the working world as a neurodivergent woman can be tough. If you are exploring how to bring more of your authentic self to every area of your life, this group is for you. In this discussion-based group we will explore safely unmasking at work and in our personal lives, managing aspects of ASD & ADHD, and find community with other neurodivergent women. Led by Katy Hurst, LPC-MHSP.

Meets every other Tuesday from 5:15-6:30pm. Breaks will be taken for some major holidays.

Self-Soothing Skills for Healing Trauma

is a 10-session group built to help women make sense of their daily struggles in a new way. The skills used in group are taken from somatic therapies, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems. Clients who have participated in this group reported increased understanding of the impact of trauma, greater ability to manage trauma symptoms, increased self-compassion, and comfort with using skills for self-soothing. Led by Katy Hurst, LPC-MHSP.
